Of course they will. They milked one of the entries in half. They're gonna keep this thing going one way or another.
That's interesting. I like both The Professional and Run Lola Run. Maybe I should be paying attention to this movie.
Yeah no kidding. I've got 107 in my queue right now. Many have been there for several months.
Just watched a video review of it, guy described a few of the scenes, sounds decent.
I remember you told me about this after I recommended Ichi the Killer to you. Which one was more gruesome between those two?
Not a lot for me this week, but I did just see that Kenny vs. Spenny is on streaming. Don't know how long it's been there, but that's awesome all the same.
I just don't understand the fascination with this. I really don't.
I highly doubt a Call of Duty movie will bring anything of real substance to the war film genre.
I hate when Hollywood does things like this.
Yeah, that's what made me think of it. The style and everything else looked completely different.
Now I wanna see Dark City again.
I remember this one looking kinda like Dark City, but not quite so... dark. For that reason alone I'll probably check it out.
I'm with Autofire. I'm all vampired out. Zombies are really starting to push it as well.
Tina Fey's portrayal of that dim-witted shrew was plenty accurate. Maybe you just don't realize how ridiculous these people actually are until Hollywood rubs it in your face.
Princess Mononoke is my favorite of his, but as I said in the part 1 article, I think Grave of the Fireflies is the greatest movie Studio Ghibli has ever made.
Dog Day Afternoon is probably my favorite on that list. Network and Serpico are also really good.
Yeah, I read that bit. They should have it all laid out there, where it's going and all that. They shouldn't even bother offering it to him.
I suppose "great" is subjective, but I personally do not consider any of his work to be better than "average". I've seen The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Village and The Happening. Meh.
Check out Event Horizon to hold you over until it inevitably happens.
I liked the original Resident Evil, too. I haven't even seen any of the others beyond the 2nd.
Can't wait for this one. Probably the only movie I'm excited to see this year.
