Yea, they ruined Jonathan Kent, but that was really my only major gripe with the movie.
Isn't that what they tried with Superman Returns? I was much more satisfied with the explosions and brawls in Man of Steel.
It's the kid pretending to be his sister. NEXT
He was good in Chuck.
I can possibly see Lori biting it, but I don't know that a television show would be brave enough to kill Judy. It'll be interesting to see how things play out.
I'm really curious about this as well. I'm worried the show will play it safe, or that the the technical constraints with trying to make a main character function without a hand will make them decide against it. I mean, think about it. How will they simulate his hand being missing? Green screen?(or whatever you'd call it) A prop stump? It would have to be practical as a long running effect.
A week ago I was dreading the season finale because I didn't want the show to be over, so to make up for it I've been reading the comics. As of this writing I just finished issue 47 (I think? When they flee the prison) and I'm really curious to know if the show will have the balls to stick with big events of the comic. The last 3 issues I read left me reeling in a way I would not have expected a comic book to be capable of (I'm not a regular reader of said comics). I REALL...
It's funny how hating things has become such a fad.
I'm ok with this explanation that everyone's infected, but you have to die, except for the fact that they are so adament about not being bitten. I understand that getting bitten causes an infection which causes death, but if there is no actual transfer of the virus then why is nobody trying to stop someone from dying after being bitten? At this point everyone assume the moment you're bitten, you're a goner. If the actual zombie virus or infection isn't being passed on i...
Not everyone reads comics or this comic book specifically. I would bet a majority of the viewers haven't read the comic, so yes it is a spoiler. There's no need to be condescending just because you've read them and assume everyone else should have.
Doesn't it also require some proof that he's done anything worth while? Spouting that rich people (which he happens to be) are evil is not an effort.
There are plenty of villians they could choose from today. Maybe an evil president who's trying to destroy the country?
Toy Story 3 is about 9/11 if you look deeply into it. Woody is Bush, and Buzz is Obama. The purple bear and his gang are clearly Osama and Al-Qaeda.
Yet a movie like Cowboys and Aliens makes it as a big budget flick.
It's ok for you not to like the show, but please stop watching it so that those of us who really enjoy it can discuss it with like minded people rather than dealing with people who want Michael Bay Presents: The Exploding Dead.
