The Voice Of TV writes: "Week after week it has seemed ‘Breakout Kings’ has improved itself. Looking back now on the Pilot I remember thinking that the show had potential but the debut overall was weak. The show is coming off a high from last week’s well received Theodore Bagwell episode; the concern now was how would the show handle the momentum it received from it. This week’s “Out of the Mouths of Babes” doesn’t quite live up to the thrills we had last week, but with all considerations in mind – it continues to show that Breakout Kings isn’t giving up."
