TGE:
After a disconcerting swath of seriously un-funny episodes, The Office seems to have regained its footing, starting the second half of Season 7 off with the solidly entertaining episode, "Ultimatum." With Steve Carell's time on the show rapidly coming to an end I really hope that they can keep the laughs going hard enough to create the momentum required to carry viewership into a Michael-less show. At the least, it would be a shame to let Carell's tenure end with a fizzle, but it seems like the writers are getting their act together -- the past few episodes have been good, and it looks like the second half of the season will be pretty damn funny.
