The break down: gun reform activists wrote a letter demanding that WB cut funding to those who apose gun reform. WB ignored it, liberal media revolted. Review bombed the film and fear mongered that there would be more shootings.

Spot on.

I mean guns are an issue and certain types of people are susceptible to these kinds movies and entertainment. So it’s inevitably wrong for a company which is involved with children’s media to be pro gun. Again most of this scare mongering and tactics that your accusing liberals of and in that put upon the movie which in then affected the ratings is real. There are bat sh!t crazy people out there that see these types of violence and become inspired, those “peoples” being an extreme high majority of Caucasian’s but again that hits to close for some people to even fathom or admit what the statistics show. Truth is people on the outside in other groups of peoples see the truth but the majority is technically the problem but the minority can’t say much yet. So if your liberal or conservative there’s no denying white folks go bat sh!t crazy when it comes to guns

“So it’s inevitably wrong for a company which is involved with children’s media to be pro gun.” Why? Oh because liberal media says so. I’m a child worker and barely ever put down my gun. Kids are safer because of guns, if only any of these shooting locations didn’t have laws that prevented law abiding people to take guns into these places where these cowards “Hunt”..... You’re clearly liberal considering you believe people should only believe what you do......

So should video game companies also take blame for the violence too? I mean you're basically saying that movies are responsible for people shooting up places, so video games should too?

Also California has strict gun laws and that didn’t stop the shootings...

@link2Dpast

You can't fight racism with more racism. You only trigger people, that will try to bring up examples to counter your racist claims, and it just turns into one triggered clusterf***.

I almost think it was made up by WB itself as a way to promote this movie.

Nothing in this movie was about the problems with the far right or incels or gun control. I saw this more of shining a light on the dangers of mental health going unchecked.

Ban knives!! Knife Control!! They are sharp and dangerous (regardless of their purpose). Ban forks! They have prongs and can be thrust forward in a stabbing motion. This is dangerous. Ban Forks!!

Point is that an object is an object. It has no malice. The person using it. The DRUGS (including big pharma money makers) help to distort one's mindset. America has always been a culture of guns. We have ALWAYS had guns. We did not always have mind altering pharmaceuticals.

Soon we will be regressing back to cavemen. Using only our hands to eat.
