Wow, neither. Both are plagued by crappy acting(seriously everyone has low voices, cheesey lines, cheesey banter, reassuring smiles being "plot elements"). This stuff is as weak as it gets. It's like they said "let's strip this of all characterization and give them low voices instead. Let's strip this of plot and give them cheesey lines."
Nothing but a cash grab. They figured pompous attitudes in spandex suits sell well, and boy do they make their check for no work at all. I mean I've got nothing against superhero genre. The Dark Knight and Spidey 1-3 were okay but they're not even trying with the new stuff.
