Fresh off TV Land's 'The Jim Gaffigan Show,' the comedian joins a cast that includes Ewan McGregor, Carrie Coon and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
FX's Noah Hawley anthology has enlisted Jim Gaffigan as a series regular, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Season three of Fargo has been rumored to take place in 2010, following the events of the breakout drama's freshman season. It's unclear how or if it will tie into the events from the first run, though none of the stars from season one will return.
Gaffigan will take on the role of Donny Mashman, a police deputy who works alongside Gloria Burgle (The Leftovers' Carrie Coon). He joins a cast that also includes Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
The new adventures of Sam and Bucky are now available in a convenient, take home package.
