Why Daniel Craig has Been the Best 007 Agent so far

As we know Daniel Craig is done playing the suit wearing agent James Bond. A new “00” agent is to be picked to take over the new role, but not before the producer of the movie tries to get her claws in to him and get him to stay for one last movie.

Not really. He comes off more like Bourne then Bond

I mean people praise Casino Royale and it is a good film but it's more like a Bourne film half the time. He's supposed to be an inexperienced Bond yet he's like a tank half the time. You'd think someone less experienced would be getting away with his life by luck, close encounters and a lot of gadgets.

Agreed it's like saying robert downey jr is the best batman but no he's iron man similar story and structure but its iron man. Same with Daniel Craig he's more like bourne than bond

Comes off like Bourne!?! Jason Bourne? Wait, how? And for the love of god don't say it's the hair! I'll have a mental breakdown lol.

Being less experienced wouldn't necessarily mean he's suddenly terrible. Some people are simply gifted in certain things, is it that hard to believe the guy can be a super spy like nobody's bussiness?! Of course not! He's still Bond after all.

For me personally I agree with this article. It's a weird article and oddly written but I agree with it! xD Daniel Craig is the first Bond that was (to an extent) believable. At least to me. He brought the perfect amount of charm, charisma, and witt to the role and made it his own without deviating from who the character is at its core. Plus he never came off as rapey... Sorry Connery. xD

No just his attitude. The man is a plank of wood in these films, he has no emotion and not enough charm to play Bond. He's literally like Bourne in the same way, especially the way he's like a tank when it comes to taking down opponents. Like the elevator scene in Casino Royale for example.

I didn't say less experience makes him terrible, it just doesn't make sense for the films "reboot" where we are supposed have this inexperienced agent being brand new to the dangers of the 00 license. We should have seen how because it's his first time he's learning things for the first time and paying the price by almost being killed or being heavily beaten up. This would then show how he learns from these traps and the like in future films.

At the end of the day, as a character who's supposed to be charming but deadly you just can't beat past Bonds like Brosnan, despite one or two of his films not being very well written.

Hmm, I see. To be honest, Brosnan was quite frankly my least favorite Bond (he came off like a caricature half the time) so clearly we couldn't be on more opposite spectrums. Just my opinion! With that said, I bid you farewell. Good day sir!

My favorite bond will always be Pierce Brosnan

Absolutely love Craig as Bond, and Casino Royale is one of my favourite movies ever. I don't mean favourite BOND movie: I mean favourite movie.

That said, Quantum of Solace was very much ruined by the editing: There's a great movie hidden in there, somewhere, but the director just completely butchered it.

Skyfall and SPECTRE were both very stupid movies, with too many cases of just terrible writing. Sadly, cause Craig was absolutely great in all of those movies. It's the writers and directors that let those last 3 movies down.

Craig is absolutely my favourite Bond.

After Sean Connery, Daniel Craig is my favorite and I was hoping he would hang in there for one more.
