Its amazing that critics loved Iron Man 3 (the worst MCU movie) but hated Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. My theory is that they were too stupid to understand its themes and messages.

This movies biggest problem was that it was a stepping stone from MoS to justice league . It was iron man 2 & 3, thor 1 & 2, Cap America 1 & 2 and guardians all rolled into one. It suffered from the same problem as age of ultron, too many threads that go in a later film/s. ############### SPOILERS ########### i wish more origin stories were like cyborg instead of a stand alone movie. Quick and to the point just like bruces back story.

Iron Man 3 was smart, funny and had a plot.

BvS had none of the above. It tried to be smart but failed with every subject it tried to cram down your throat. It wasn't funny and the only two jokes it did have fell flat. And the pot had holes so big you can sail war ships through them with room to spare.
