Ice Age: Collision Course, once again sees Scrat unwittingly causing a string of catastrophic events to take place, all because he is obsessed with his acorn. This time, his acorn pursuit accidentally lands him in outer space, where he sets off a whole load of cosmic happenings which in turn, threaten the Ice Age. Back down on Earth, Sid, Manny and Diego decide to leave their home to seek safety elsewhere, meeting lots of new characters in new lands along the way.
