While it’s easy to understand the basic idea behind how Lexi was conceived and the whole alien father aspect, it’s just another one of those moments in the show that no matter how much you knew about it, you still roll your eyes at the whole thing. This season has had its interesting moments to be sure when it comes to some of the larger story aspects and the things we’ve seen about the Espheni when away from human eyes, but it’s been paired with some awful stuff along the way that just shouldn’t keep happening with the way the human storylines play out. Adding in a new subplot about the way that Ben is dreaming about Maggie and imagining that getting really hot and heavy while playing up his own internal guilt isn’t a surprise, but it’s just so comically basic that you cringe at it all.
The Doomsday Cult of Antares De La Luz Review: The documentary explores how the cult members were coerced in the group and made accomplice of heinous crimes.
Don’t let the cringey awkwardness of The Office fool you: Michael Scott would actually be the perfect boss.
