IGN - Penny Dreadful wrapped things up -- perhaps a bit too neatly -- with “Grand Guignol.” An episode that certainly gave us more than a few threads to take us into Season 2, but there were also some downsides. Namely, the fact that both Ethan being a werewolf and Brona becoming Caliban’s “bride” were things many of us predicted would happen over a month ago. Alas, the drawback of a theory-obsessed, minutiae-probing TV culture.
