CB: Following the popularity of Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s John Blake character in director Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises, the character was supposed to pop up in the comics.
He never did, and it might be interesting to see why.
I honestly couldn't give a crap about him in the films, I don't see why they didn't just establish him as Dick Grayson and show at the end of Dark Knight Rises he was going to turn into Robin. Least then you could expand on this by letting him turn into Night Wing.
Uh... They did exactly that except his actual middle name was robin meaning he couldnt become robin so he either became batman or nightwing.
Not really it was probably just thrown in their as a reference. In the end all he did was take Batmans role, not actually become Nightwing
Yeah.... Lol You're pretty much agreeing with me here.
Well Nightwing actually did take over as Batman after his "death" in the comics.
he became batman. he inherited all of bruce wayne's weaponry and designs, and he respects batman as an ideal, i do not think he would make his own identity as nightwing. the robin middle name is just a reference.
