EW:
The sassy Emma Thompson and always-charming Pierce Brosnan star as a divorced couple in The Love Punch. In the film, the two discover their retirement fund has been stolen so they take it into their own hands to get the money back. This leads to a trip to France together, where they enlist their friends to help them steal a diamond.
At one point in the trailer, a hotel desk clerk assumes the two are traveling together to see “if the flame still burns,” which Thompson adamantly denies. But later she tells Brosnan, “You’re much more likable these days,” as they lie on a bed together. Will they rekindle their romance, It’s Complicated-style? Will they try to rekindle their romance and end up realizing they’re still not right for each other, also It’s Complicated-style? We’ll have to wait until April 18, when the film hits theaters, to find out.
Possession films are a dime a dozen with tons of motion pictures about people spewing pea soup when those pesky demons occupy and live rent free in their bodies.
Inside Out 2 has got to be the animation movie of the year for me so far. It had everything I wanted from the original and so much more I never could have anticipated. From the very first opening scene with that nostalgic, wholesome piano keys of the theme sound from the first movie, it was like my soul was transported back into the feelings the first movie brought about while bringing me wholly into the world of the sequel.
This horror movie-inspired virtual pinball table is a bloody good time (sorry).
You know, I usually don't go for movies like this but I watched this trailer and I think it's going to be hysterical and I love movies that make me laugh. I know for sure I'm going to see it and I'm taking my husband to see it because he likes comedies. I don't like Rom Coms but I don't consider this anything like that....it's just funny......I need laughter any time I can get it....makes you live longer.
