When did it turn into a comedy? The synopsis that they released and all that a little while ago said nothing of that. It would be different, especially considering Blomkamp's previous films.
blomkamp needs to do something other than sci-fi.
it always feels like he is trying to prove himself in the sci-fi genre so that he could get the Halo job. but i'd like to see what else he can do.
