Collider:
One great thing about the release of older movies on Blu-ray is rediscovering movies you enjoyed when they came out, but now rarely get a chance to see them unedited and without commercial interruptions. One, or rather, two such movies now available on Blu-ray are Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights, brought to you together in this two-movie collection. It’s been at least ten years since either of these films were released, so it was a genuine pleasure to review them and relive the zany buddy comedies starring Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson. Hit the jump for my review.
Don’t let the cringey awkwardness of The Office fool you: Michael Scott would actually be the perfect boss.
Nekki has announced that the forthcoming gun fu game, SPINE, will receive a movie adaptation to expand the franchise.
Despite the lack of updates from Marvel Studios and Disney, Shang-Chi star Simu Liu says the sequel to the successful 2021 movie is still happening.
They were both very good entertaining movies because they were funny and had lots of that Jackie Chan action in them.
jackie chan was really great in this kind of films i enjoyed shangai noon more between the two and im happy they did not make a part 3 because it might be like rush hour wherein the third film took a significant dive down. shangai series were good but also cannot make a third because the series might be redundant and have not enough plot options for a continuity unless they try something fresh like how fast and the furious can still continue.
