No offense, but there's more cinema than just Hollywood. And there's a whole lot of better action-movies being made than the crap you just listed in your articles when you were giving Jason Statham and Kill Bill as examples.
Have you seen Ong-Bak!? Have you watched The Raid!? Have you seen the Ip Man movies? Have you checked out Born to Fight!?
Or, if you're afraid of reading subtitles and/or rightfully dread horrible english dubs, there's still the Undisputed series, with an outstanding Michael Jai White and Scott Adkins, both of whom also made a bunch of other worthy action flicks.
Just because you're apparently very narrow minded in your movie-watching habits, you can't go around claiming 'action movies are gone. In fact, I might even argue the complete opposite. We see great action movies now coming from all around the globe, many taking their inspiration from the very best action-cinema has/had to offer, and upgrading it.
Not to mention the countless fan-made action-movies being made and uploaded to sites like Youtube.
I think that action movies are just evolving... we are not going to see epic movies like Bruce Lee or Chhuck - god of mortals and inmortals - Norris but we have this jewels like House of knives of Tiger / Dragon so we just got to be open to all new pieces of action we have
