As far as studio tentpoles are concerned, the superhero genre is undoubtedly the most popular go-to avenue for blockbusters at the moment. Also, if so, Wolverine should fight either Hulk or Iron Man; As fighting Hulk, it would just be quite epic with Wolfie´s healing ability, and Iron Man cuz of their personalities are bound to clash.

Or would be pretty sweet for sure to see some sort of collaboration but I think it's a pipe dream. Is never going to happen. At least not in the next 10 years... If ever at all.
I love this guy's attitude, he takes the Wolverine role very serious. The fact remains no one can play Wolverine better than him
It is indeed time for "studio crossovers" , they could still if they want strike deals for ponctual uses of characters under some supervision of course .
