Fast & Furious 6 Super Bowl Spot

Jeremy of The Daily Rotation wrote, "Finally, after the synopsis trickled in just the other day we’ve now got our first official look at Justin Lin‘s Fast & Furious 6, starring Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and virtually everyone else from Fast Five and the Fast/Furious series."

It's not even about racing at all anymore. I miss Tokyo Drift, it was going in the right direction. Racing, cars, and women. Have a bad guy, sort it out through racing, and then have him go on a killing spree or whatever.

In these movies its like "lets hint at racing, then jump into a stereotypical action movie with car chases and randomly throw a nice car into it!"

in my opinion, not having racing as the main focus is beneficial in terms of a grander telling of the story regarding the scope and more varied interaction among the characters in the movie.

The whole reason I liked Fast and Furious was for it being a racing movie. I'm not saying these movies are terrible, but I miss having a racing movie to look forward to.

This is like taking Need For Speed and making it mostly an FPS.
