January Contest Details

Happy New Year everyone! It's a new year and a new chances for cool prizes. This month we'll really be spreading the wealth and giving everyone a chance to win something. Plenty of chances to win more movies for your collection here.

Also, keep an eye out as we have an additional contest which will allow users to become part of the making of a Filmwatch Movie Quiz app. But for now, the contests.

Same as usual here, though we're going to expand it a bit here to give more members a chance to win. Be ranked in the top 15 commenters for the month of January on Filmwatch and you'll be entered into a drawing.

The top winner will win a season of their favorite TV show on DVD or Blu-ray (up to a $40 value).

Four additional members will be chosen from the pool to win a movie of their choice on DVD or Blu-ray.

Same goes here as we expand the playing field. Land in the top 15 contributors for the month of January on Filmwatch and you'll be entered into the drawing. Three winners will be drawn from the pool here to win an Amazon gift card:
1st Place: $75 Gift card
2nd Place: $50 Gift card
3rd Place: $25 Gift card

So there you have it. Everybody have fun and get busy out there.

Rules and Guidelines:
1. Only one prize per member. In the event that a member is eligible for multiple prizes, said member will be awarded the one prize of the highest value.
2. DVD prizes are for standard movies only. Box sets, special collector's editions or seasons of TV shows are not allowed unless otherwise stated.
3. Competition is open to all FilmWatch users, except for employees of HAVAmedia and immediate relatives. Contests are not limited to the US/NA.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances FilmWatch/HAVAmedia reserves the right to substitute the prizes for alternatives of equal or greater value.
5. Spamming of comments, heat altering or cheating of any nature will result in disqualification from all contests for the month.
6. Prizes are not transferrable.
7. The winners of the competition will be notified by PM here on FilmWatch.
8. Failure to reply to PM notification within seven (7) days results in forfeiture of prize.
