SPOILER

First off these spoilers (in the article) are not too bad, so feel free to read them.

However I do agree with some of the comments. Killing another main character so soon would be lazy writing. Killing Daryl right now would do nothing, and honestly probably make me lose a little interest. It's like killing someone with a following just because they have a following and you want people to get angry.

Instead write it up and build it out. Instead of killing daryl I think it should be Meryl killing Carol, and Daryl witnesses it, this forces him to go nuts and kill Meryl. You get two character deaths with meaning, instead of "well Daryl died, people are angry, thats all"

Same goes with Glen, so far there would be no purpose behind killing him right now at all. And the bad part is his death in the comics makes me believe his death on the show is somewhere in the near future...kinda like the idea hit the table, and they utilized it in both. Hopefully HE saves Maggie....

I'm also not really sure I like the idea of Maggie taking Michonnes place and storyline. Michonne had a lot of hate already built up for the Governor, which would make her actual arc more interesting than it happening to Maggie.
