"‘The Magician’ provided fast-paced entertainment that was mostly fun from beginning to end. Basically, everything building in the first few episodes came to a head, with Ra’s reveal being the perfect carrot dangled in front of adoring fans. Yes, there are some clear flaws in tonight’s episode, but the show also had me extremely excited for this season’s future: especially the newfound conflict between Arrow and the League, which will result in some primetime television."
