one of my most favorite movies of all times. When I was a kid I watched this and Batman like every single day.
Darth Vader is a legend. The character was created at the right time and when it was needed. I don't think the planets will align again to illuminate the mind of a writer to create another bad guy like him any time soon. Especially in an era when everything is a remake of a remake because of the lack of creativity.
And I'm not saying that is not possible just that the percentage of success is really very utterly low.

looks good but Garfield still sucks as Spider-Man. I don't like his angsty, emo, hipster attitude and looks.

IGN gave a 9/10 to Speed Racer. Literally one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life!
from those 3 you mentioned Prometheus is the best one though.
just watch Watchmen, it can work. The movie's a bit eccentric and satiric but it pulled it off pretty well.
But to be honest, the music alone ruined the movie for me. XD
and it was because of that mentality that poor Batman was exiled from the Justice League. ;__;
this is the worst Spider-Man cartoon I have ever seen but for some reason this has been the most popular with the masses. The Spectacular Spider-Man had horrible art-style but it was way better than this and it got cancelled! What is wrong with you people?
I can still watch Star Wars and enjoy it but Lords of the Rings are a snorefest.
that's why I like it! I'm completely bored of the dumb campy approach of the recent Marvel movies to be honest, their jokes are always so stupid it makes me cringe every time. And is even worse when you watch them on the theater and everybody laughs like if the silly jokes were funny when they are just stupidly awkward and tacky. =/
Dredd wasn't even mentioned on honorable mentions but garbage Spider-Man and boring Prometheus were on the list about the best of 2012. ;__;
@darklordzor don't come with that bullcrap, Peter Parker is no depressing hipster teen with no life. The entire style and tone of the movie was really dark and obviously inspired by Twilight....
it was very good last season EP, they ended it very well. The Governor was only dragging things down way too much, he still had lots of guns and power for another entire season of just more boring "war" between them.
And he was obviously crazy, his head was already in another place, he only cared about his daughter and she was no more. If he stabbed his best friend he going ape crap on those people is nothing and it was better than the ending everybody was expecting...
