Well in game and comics, spider-man has this love hate relationship with her, just like batman and catwoman. But anyways yeah we'll see how this new spidey reboot works out. It'll be tough to be the first and 2nd movies imo.
It should be interesting if they introduce black widow to the rebooted spider man. Although, he might be too young to have her as a love interest.. But i don't know the technicalities.
Batman won't be "rebooted" necessarily for the Justice League movie but I think they're going to try and paint him in a different light.
I refuse to believe the Rise of the Dark Knight will be the last movie.

I really don't see the reasons stated other than the wide audience appeal to be any great factor.
Personally I don't like the Iron Man movies, I find battles with the bad guys to be wayyyy to anti climatic. (just when you think the fight is about to get really intense.. BOOM bad guy is dead all of the sudden.) Furthermore, whats with superheroes always having to deal with some sort of hindrance until the end of the movie???

"the story and character exploration that made the first iron man movie good." The first one was good?!? avg at best. All the Iron Man movies are anti-climatic period. Iron man 3 won't be any different. What will happen then Tony stark will get another crazy ass disease which hinders him throughout the whole movie, till the very end and he just kills the bad guy without even breaking a sweat.
