CS Lewis once said to make a good Christian story it needs to be a story first, values second design. Nobody wants to be preached to. Unfortunately most Christians think life is some kind of giant church and it is not. The Lord of the Rings is an example of Christian story done right. Risen, Chronicles of Narnia, Bridge to Terabithia, The Polar Express, The Passion of the Christ are also pretty good.

Disney has been pushing it hard. I saw a film in the Chinese box office that was produced in India and it featured girls with shaved heads wrestling boys, I couldn't even tell they were girls in the posters. I wondered how and why a film like that got so popular in Asia especially in Bollywood and China then I found out Disney funded it.
