Getting really annoying hearing about this so called "Snyder" version. Joss only changed 10% it's still a Snyder movie.
The movie is great. The critics are most likely Marvel fanboys. It's not fair to DC to compare the new movies to old Batman and Superman movies. Marvel had it easy. No such thing as an Iron man,Captain America or Thor movie before. So they gave you what they wanted and you took it as amazing. DC has 20 years + of superhero movies for people to bitch about and compare to. Marvel isn't better, They just have it easy.
I saw it and would not say it's for casuals. Marvel movies are basically for casuals as you put them. The movie was great. Superman was a badass. The Flash was funny but they did try too hard with his jokes. His expressions are great over his jokes. Avengers Ultron wasn't great and had a CGI villain but that gets rave reviews...wonder why.
Shows that could be watched over and over again without needing to watch from start to follow a story work best. For that reason the best shows to re-watch at any time would be:
Psych, The Big Bang Theory, Seinfeld, American Dad, Family Guy, Friends, Two and a Half Men, The Office, Parks n Rec, HIMYM and more.
Peaky was good but would not say it's a show you can watch over and over again every few months. Especially since it has a story line that needs to be followed. And Season 1 was pretty boring until mid-end of season.
WTF. Well if that's the case let's give a Hispanic a chance. There are a lot of great Hispanic actresses that could be a good fit. But if i could have a say i would prefer to stick to the comic. Problem is you now have to recast Gordon or make his wife of another ethnicity. Or another dumb adoption story. (Fantastic Four)
Stereotypes no matter how fucked up are almost always true. You might not live in an area with a lot of asian drivers. Not all are bad drivers but enough to have become a stereotype.
I think the person who wrote that caption knew exactly what they were doing. The other captions suck but this one def was meant for original ranger. I mean come on the best they could do for Red Ranger was "Candy Apple Red" i call BS.
The original still holds up. Not too many people like Brenden but i think it was a great movie. Very hard to follow the 1st Mummy. Especially after reading that this one will be some dumb US Navy Seal in a cave in Iraq or some crap like that. It needs to be set in the 20s to 40s. That era had that archeological wonder to it as well as the belief in the curses. Setting it in modern times just doesn't wouldn't be the same. Still gonna give it a shot though.
I can't bring myself to watch it. And I give anything a try regardless of reviews. Not because of Sophie but more because it reminds me of a wannabe The Heat with Sandra Bullock which was awesome.
I agree and that'd be nice one day. But I am against making these old superheros that were always white now black, asian or hispanic. Especially if it's just to appease a group stirring the racist pot. Let's make new superheros and characters for the races left out of the comic books. Stan Lee isn't dead yet.
Most people will watch the fight online or download it later. Don't see the point of shelling out $60 PPV for a fight that is going to go to decision for Mayweather as always. You can always do both anyway. Watch Avengers in the AM before the annoying crowd and then watch fight at night.
3rd Rock is on Hulu all seasons.
I don't know why people are getting upset over this. And just because someone is Egyptian doesn't mean they are black just because it is in the continent of Africa. Even when i went to see the King Tut exhibit, they had protest out front because they say King Tut is a dark black kid not a light skinned Egyptian. So stupid. My Egyptian friends are not black i can say that for certain. They are as dark as most hispanics.
I'll wait for an official screen before passing judgement. On the Turtles though, They look stupid as hell. Not sure what the deal is there. And they look to be of African-American decent well Michael Angelo does when removing the mask. You have to have an open mind about the show. I was pissed when i read it wouldn't have superheroes but still gave it a shot and you know what...it's actually good. Show has good action, good cast with good on screen chemistry and funny. Give it a shot with out a negative mind set and for entertainment purposes and you might actually like it.

True it is a lot of stress and work but i would gladly go through it daily for a $40 million dollar pay check for about 6 months to a year of work. A couple of months off is well deserved for this guy but when i hear actors bitch and complain that acting is "tough" i want to slap the shit out of them. They need to be reminded what we all go through for very little pay.
It does make a difference to the story seeing as how he wasn't adopted in the comics. So now it's a whole different version of FF than the comics and that must piss off those Comic freaks who want everything told to the T.
Because that's how Hero's are born. They see their city overrun with crime and decide to do something about it.
