Well you cant compare old movies being white washed to this. Those so called white washed movies were all original white characters. Race switching is completely different. And the problem is it could only go one way and that's removing white but never the other way around. They could easily create other race characters along side original.

How is this going to actually work? Joker is supposed to be the same age as Batman. By the time 8 year old Bruce becomes Batman Joaquin's Joker will be geriatric. I don't see this working. And super fans have told me this Joker isn't part of Batman universe, and yet there is little Bruce.

Well technically the series isn't a trilogy. There wasn't even supposed to be a 2nd one. And now there's a fourth confirmed. If they end it here then it can be a trilogy of sorts.
I'm gonna give him a chance. Everyone talked crap about Ben and he was great. Same goes for Grant Gustin playing The Flash. He was an actor on Glee and turned out to be the best Flash. The great thing about this project is it has a solid Director and writers. Ben is great and Daredevil had horrible screenplay. Let's wait for actor to screw up a great director/writer combo first.

The TV shows are better than the movies. Also there are two different production companies just because they are filming Flash TV show doesn't mean it's holding up production for the movies. Which is why TV actors were told they can't be part of the movies they said they don't want to cross those two worlds. Which is stupid because Grant Gustin would have been way better for the role.

As long as the critics are Marvel fan boys it won't be. Justice League was destroyed by critics but the audience and fans who matter enjoyed it. That's all that matters. This movie is gonna be rated high because there is nothing to compare it to. Just like 90% of all Marvel movies. Batman and Superman movies will always be subjected to comparison to the great ones. Even a movie with Batman in it for 20 min is compared to Dark Knight.
I finished the season and it was pretty good. Don't watch it expecting some artistic masterpiece. It's good fun. It has some good fight scenes and some good comedy. Great job for an Australian Studio.
Well i wouldn't say they suck. They only suck to those comparing them to the game under a microscope. The latest Tomb Raider was pretty good if looked at as a female lead Indy. Assassins Creed was a pretty good scifi movie. Resident Evil was a pretty good Zombie flick. People have to remember video games are 6 to 30 hours of story. A movie is condensed to 1 hr 30 or 2 hrs. Of course they don't. Today it's cool to like Marvel. If you like Batman or Superman you're a loser nerd. But if you like Cap or Iron Man you are super duper cool! Easy test to perform. Ask a girl to watch the next Batman movie, chances are she won't care much. Ask her to watch Avengers and she'll most likely jump at the chance and probably cosplay too.
Movie was great. Had plenty of comedy and action. Now you must go into this movie with a clear mind and not thinking about the original from a 90s kid childhood. There are references from the original and what gives the original plenty of rewatches is mostly nostalgia. Kevin Heart is his typical self screaming and making jokes about his height. Jack Black and the Rock command the most laughs. Ruby Roundhouse is a badass. Definitely will be watching it again with my moviepass when it releases....
