I'd take almost anything over rugrats.
It was definitely overhyped, I remember reading that it would turn the horror genre on its head but it's really not all that.
Although I did very much enjoy the movie and would recommend it to people it suffered from some problems.
I haven't looked forward to any of them since the 2nd but I watch them because they're for the most part a good time, even though they have absolutely nothing to do with the game series.
I want to see a more capable director reboot this series one of these years, make it more like its source material.

Looks like this is RZA's baby. And yeah this looks great, I can't wait to see it.
Loved the show but the movie was mediocre. And the picture of the american version doesn't inspire confidence.
Tarantino didn't make it. RZA co-wrote it with Eli Roth and he's also starring and directing.
That said, I really want to see what RZA came up with.

Nice, I'm pumped. Always liked Chucky. I saw it when I was 6 and had awful nightmares about once a year until I was like 11.

Someone generously bought me the Silent Hill HD collection, I just finished the original Silent Hill too. Gonna rewatch the first film now that I've played the game to completion, looking forward to the film sequel now that I have Silent Hill 3 in my hands.
Well it's not like the movie doesn't make sense (although if memory serves it WAS confusing), you don't need to play the games to understand it. Silent Hill isn't really about gore it's more psychological/paranormal. Honestly you should give it a shot, it's a pretty interesting and entertaining flick. Absolutely nothing like SAW or Hostel.
