I guess the critics just wanted another interchangeable superhero movie.
I always look at IMDB for reviews as they are conducted by real people and you have a much broader range of opinions not just one from some stuffy critic, at the moment IMDB has this film at 7.5/10 from 5074 user reviews.
I ejoyed reading that list, I was very happy to see Dredd in there but shocked that Big Trouble in Little China doesn’t make it!
I would like to add one of my own. The ‘Burbs, I bloomin love that film.
He got the music, sound effects and some of the robots right.
I also took Man of Steel into my video lab. I flew the world’s leading film technicians from every corner of the planet and watched them work their magic in bring this movie into full, rich colour…… buy turning up the contrast and brightness on my TV.
This is the one comic movie that I really want to happen…. Any billionaires out there wanting to fund a sequel?
