Piracy will go up. Piracy is only a reaction to high prices in the first place. 12 quid for a cinema ticket then 15 quid for a dvd that you will watch once...? Yeah great.

Robert d j like it or not has made the entire franchise, including avengers what it is today... Its a disgusting amount of money but in terms of what he's earnt the studio, he's worth every penny...

why would we want to know what happens in the film?

Well now i just feel bad!! Seriously dude, its great that you are even getting out there and doing something, anything! For all my criticisms i have never blogged, reviewed or had anything in print, so i admire anyone that does. Let me please retract my "$hit review" comment... It was unnecessary, not to mention wrong, as you were just reviewing the dvd extras like you said.

One thing worthy of note though is that in a huge rotating, or spinning ring shaped space st...

yeah, i did think that after i posted...oops.. although i think he should be more specific about exactly what the score was for. Some reviewers break it up into two parts film/extras etc.
He was right about one thing though, jodie fosters accent sucked (!!) and detracted from the film as a whole...

$hit review... His main problem with the film was that the space station had no roof! I mean.. seriously, its science fiction fcs!
Despite a few flaws a would give this film a solid 7/10 as i love Neill Blomkamps work and cant wait to see what he does next.

Man of steel despite its flaws was overall a more satisfying experience than tony starks film i think. Better music and more stand out moments on the whole. However, i didnt actually mind the mandarin thing, thought it was amusing. I think the director Shane black did as good a job as Favreau/Branagh did with the first two films..

We could look at it in terms of pacing maybe? If the governor had just turned up all ready for battle with no exposition/filler episodes, it would've been boring and "expected" i think. Now when the big showdown happens we in theory should have a bit more invested in some of these characters

Hopefully they will start sticking more to the comic material as the show pushes forward...

Totally agree with this article. Some of the most enjoyable movies ive seen were when i knew nothing about them. High expectations and hype from marketing (done largely to capture an audience for financial gain) ruin your viewing experience. Trailers usually always spoil a few of the good scenes just so they can bring in more people and make more money. The industry wouldnt exist without it though unfortunately

Some people may miss out, other wont. Lets face it, Avengers took 1.5 billion worldwide. Which shows a hell of a lot of people went to see it. Iron man films have taken a huge amount of revenue since their inception... Most people watching Iron man 3 are doing so because of enjoying the previous films and possible the avengers.

Most people who "like" any of the films will naturally seek out the others. A few wont, who cares.?

I disagree when the reviewer says the marketing was bad.. i thought it was clever. Too many trailers f$kin ruin films and this time they turned it on its head. One of the best action films this year... Unless you try to take it too seriously that is...

Totally agree with Deadmanmccarthy.
The universe it brought to life was beautifully realised but it was let down by an awkwardly written script and poor acting in parts... Idris Elba should never of tried to do an American accent... Loved the film though and enjoyed it even more on my second viewing once i had lowered my expectations and accepted its flaws.

Ironman 3 has increased chance ever so slightly due to awareness/success of avengers and the fact that iron man films since they begun have scored around the $600 million mark. Thats it though, i dont think any other film will even come close...

The last 3 episodes have been great and have given the season a much needed lift. The music additions are good i think, much more character bonding going on also. Seems so much better written in just the last 3 episodes... Didnt think it needed an explanation why they were meeting up or any exposition to explain this.. This is how it should be.. theres much more for the viewer to get involved with now - F$%KIN love it!!!!
