OMG!!! The Matrix 4 in 3D? I'll be there! Don't even get me started on Bill & Ted, it's about damn time they complete the trilogy. I'm still not all that sold on the "futuristic Robin Hood", but 5 million dollars for the script, it has to be good.
I agree, now is not the time to invest...the tech is still in its' infancy. I'm a huge movie buff and frankly I can't wait to make the jump, but definitely not at these prices. By the way, who confirmed that glassless 3D would be marketable by 2014? By 2014, the industry would have the 'know-how' to efficiently present 3D from all angles without glasses, but heck, do you know how much that's going to cost. Thank goodness these movies are coming to an end. Saw is one of the most unoriginal movie sagas ever, gore is not scary. It's just gory. The first one definitely had some substance, but I can't stand movie studios milking the same old franchise just because people naively pay for the tickets. Sad sad world. Now hopefully hollywood can actually make something original and scary.
I personally think Ghost Protocol is a fantastic title, he is a ghost, following his protocol. I think it fits. The Dark of the Moon on the other hand..meh
I don't know call me crazy but it would be very interesting to see Poison Ivy revived back into the franchise. Possibly make her some deranged woman who plots to release airborne chemicals upon Gotham (hence the poison)..but it would have to be a great actress, someone believable..maybe Charlize Theron? It's a far cry from the comic, but at least it's realistic enough for the movies' tone. Speculating is fun!

Agreed! This is an all-time classic! Easily one of my favorite trilogies. This is one of those rare moments where I'll be repurchasing this on bluray to replace the dvd set. Going 88mph in 1080p!
That's actually exactly what happened..Sam Raimi only only intended for the sandman to be the villian..unfortuantely the studio did pressure him to include Venom, just for the fans sake. Very poor decision. This reboot is really unnecessary..oh well.

JarJar was a terrible character, and his "slave talk" is pretty offensive e.g. "yessa massa".....on another note, i cannot wait for the saga to come to bluray!

I really hope they go for the Riddler..either way, this final installment should be stellar. I have total faith in Nolan. On a side note, I really can't wait til we get more details on Nolans Supermans reboot.

I agree, I try to avoid multiple purchases of the same film, but you gotta love the bonus material. I remember reading an article a while back that Cameron plans on releasing the 3D version sometime next year..he's really milking this one.
