Spice- You just made my point. Forward had NO Covies at all till the very end so how would Emergence day not work at the end of the movie, heck look at The Hobbit we get this tale about a dragon and we didn't even see it the whole movie till the end.
You also have to remember that before Marcus was in players hands he was in jail for a while while the Locust were fighting so we might see a band of warriors not even related to Marcus at all.
What would be better is if they started BEFORE "Emergence," Day and have the fight with each other and have them at the end "Emergence," Day happens.

To be honest I don't think they should have ever gone pg-13 that just isn't Die Hard. The swearing wasn't over the top, the blood wasn't super crazy so I don't know why they gave it a pg-13 movie rating outside of wanting kids to go in to see the movie and the movie suffered for it.

To be honest the only way I can see the Expendables continuing is if they began to bring villains.
It was boring watching the top guys fight nobodies the entire time...give me Nicholas Cage and John Travolta be psychopaths like in Face/Off against Stallone and the crew...hell have Steven Segal be a badguy like he was in Machete and get in a sword fight with someone. To be honest it is for the best that he decided to not be in the third movie.
Seeing as how the main cast of characters did almost nothing IE: Lundgren,Crews,Couture. All they did was show up and say a few sprinkled lines here and there but they had no substance. Hell not even JCVD had that much screen time and he WAS THE BAD GUY!
The only people that got time on screen was Stallone and Statham...with Arnold and Willis bringing up the rest.
It seems that the Resident Evil franchise began going to crap the moment these movies began coming out.
Now Resident Evil is a shell of it's former self and both movie and video game are crap.

It was a animated show I think talking about what happened from the time the movie ended in Pitch Black to the time he got to Butcher Bay.
