A friend of mine told me about Wilfred and, like the article says, it's hard to explain it to someone who hasn't seen it. I went and downloaded the first episode on my xbox and have been hooked since.
Looks like they're going all the way back to the original comic book look from the 60's. That could be good, really need to see how good the CG will be In action before passing judgment.
I just saw Captain America and think its really good, I just wish they would have given more screentime to Red Skull. Hugo weaving did a great job and they got the overall look perfect.
Awesome movie. Make sure you stay until the end of the credits
He was the bounty hunter in the original star wars trilogy who stood around and looked cool but never actually DID anything.
Very well said article. Pretty much says what I've been thinking about the Transformers movies which is "Haters (critics) gonna Hate". But I still enjoy them and so does every single person I know who sees them.
Do we really need another origin story for Spider-Man. I think everybody knows the story by now. They should have done like the Incredible Hulk movie and just do a quick montage at the beginning to show his origin.
Yeah Beast Wars was badass... Then they had to go and follow it with Beast Machines which was terrible.
I hope whoever the villain is, they give them more character and personality instead of the Snidely Whiplash type they had megaton as in the last three. The best villains in movies are the ones the audience can feel a little empathy for (not too much or they start rooting for him)
Look at Hannibal Lector for example, he is just likable enough for you to care about his character, but then occasionally he does something extremely violent and evil to remind you he's the bad guy.
Yeah, I thought the the third one was really good, but if they continue with another trilogy I want to see more character development between the autobots themselves. That would help people care more when one of them dies. When a certain long time autobot (don't wanna spoil anything) dies in this last one NOBODY even mentioned it afterward.
Kevin James' stand-up routine is actually pretty funny, but his movies are just so painful to watch.
I think you're thinking of The Transporter, not Transformers.
I don't think they should make a fourth one. I thought this last one was really good and a good ending point for the series.
OMG! Jeeps and trucks!
/s
But seriously, I really hope they can do this movie right.
I haven't seen GL yet and probably won't until it's in redbox, but a few of my friends say it was pretty bad... But I have a hard time believing it the worst especially when you consider turds such as:
Batman & Robin
Daredevil
Ghost Rider
Jonah Hex
Fantastic Four (both of them)
Spider-Man 3 (it sucked, accept it)
Hulk (Ang Lee version)
X-Men Last Stand
Superman 3 (or any Superman movie after the original f...
I don't really see how that's muc of a spoiler. Doesn't batman get his ass kicked at least once in every movie?
Thank God! I hated the last one, but I didn't think it was as bad once i saw the unrated version on blu ray. Hopefully the guy playin his son is more Sam Jackson than Justin Long
