I never knew it was based on a Book, it must have been a Kick A$$ book.
4/5 great score, the reviews of this Movie & Due Date have been mixed, some giving scores as high as this & some are really bad one.
I will be seeing both of them anyway.
I really didn't liked 'Mars Attacks', District 9 on the other hand is a AAA+ movie, everything about this movie is spectacular, the plot of the movie could have lead it to the Trash-Bin if had not been executed properly, but the director & the cast did a spectacular job in making it one of my All time favorite Movie.
I really have high hopes for 'Skyline'.
The only reason i am interested in this movie is because it's looks Mature, will be my First Harry Potter Movie.
Though i have so many movie on Pending that even if i start watching 7 Movies every week, i'll be free for this when the DVD comes out.

It did get a lot of Buzz & proper marketing but still it did not do well on Box Office, i guess it's just taht people aren't willing to take risk with their Money.
"The Sixth Sense" was a One hit wonder, after that he has done unbelievably bad, Some people argue that it's Racism behind all the Critics hate, They say his Movie are good, the only reason that HIS movies are such hated on is only because he's a successful 'Indian American' Director.
This movie looks interesting, The Story & Cast both looks perfect, i just hope that final product isn't Trash.
It certainly is a Classic, but it is also one of the Cartoon series i never got into, i caught it a few time on Television & it never really looked interesting to me.
But i'll definitely watch this one.

Thats the whole problem, they never follows the story line that had already been success with he Fans, Video Game movies are also facing the same Problem.
Stick To The Original Story & Give me a good Silent Hill Movie (Hollywood)

Agreed, now that you mentioned it, i would love to see an Assassins Creed Movie, to me it is one of the best Video Game IP of this Generation.
