THR: Illumination Entertainment and Infinitum Nihil are developing a live-action movie about the life of classic children's author and illustrator Dr. Seuss (aka Theodor Geisel). Depp will produce the project with the potential to star as Seuss, and Universal Pictures will distribute. Keith Bunin (In Treatment) has been hired to write the screenplay.
Dark Matter Review: Although some of its runtime might be quite dense, there are moments in this sci-fi series that leaves you at the edge of your seat.
Beautiful Rebel Review: Biography on Gianna Nannini's life is a hit and a miss.
Secrets Of The Neanderthals Review: This documentary is very interesting for people who are interested in anthropology. It is also engagingly produced, making it highly captivating.
I think this could be very interesting with Depp in the title role. He did a good job with Finding Neverland. This could be somewhat the same just a bit...quirkier..?
good for him!
Yes, I think he could pull this off very easily. He's good at just about anything anyway. I see no problem with this except him having enough time on his hands.
Is there anything this man cant do! He's is like the ONE actor who does something entirely different everytime. I hate how many actors play themselves over and over and over again in different movies, you get so bored of them.
Johnny Depp is the TRUE actor. Although, I would like him to take a darker serious tone as a villain of a film for once, just to shake things up. I mean what's the worst that can happen, him up-staging Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker?
