Just announced in San Diego Comic-Con's Hall H, Robert Rodriguez has secured the rights to Heavy Metal and plans to develop the property at his newly-created Quick Draw Studios. He'll team with the magazine's owner (and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles creator) Kevin Eastman for the anthology film, but also wants fan input.
