LRA: Tractor Tire Award of the Week - PotC: On Stranger Tides

LRA writes: I didn't even think about it until I saw it in the trailer but what I would consider to be a signature moment for Captain Jack Sparrow in all three of the previous films was apparently cut from the fourth film. Anybody familiar with the other films knows that Jack has a reputation with the ladies, especially those that he has cut and run from in the past. And when he meets up with them again they always give him a slap across the face and we get a befuddled look towards us as he remarks, "I don't think I deserved that". From the looks of it he has a reputation with the mermaid ladies as well and instead of trying to eat him, one of them gives him a good slap for whatever indiscretion he had done to the lass.

I don't think a lot of these movies were that bad. I liked at least half of them so maybe that's why they made so much money because the public just doesn't go with the critics most of the time.

most of the films that were cited were sequels, they made a lot of money because its previous film was great commercially and critically thats why fans invested money to see if that particular sequel can stand up with the movie they loved. i dont think this are the 20 worst films successful, it was just sequels that notched down. i liked some movies in there like matrix 3, x men origins, stranger tides, borat, godfather 3 and spiderman 3 well the rest kindda sucked
