EW:
As the Oscars approach to honor excellence from the past year, we're counting down the most talented, in-demand filmmakers behind the camera today -- from Wes Anderson to Kathryn Bigelow and our No. 1
Chillopedia: Sometimes, the most hated characters seen on TV can fall into either side of the spectrum. So, here are 15 of the most hated TV characters of all time.
Fight For Paradise Review: This reality show is nothing new but there are so many uncomfortable moments that will definitely give you the ick.
Bros Review: The series, as the title suggests, is about two adult men who want to behave like children and we are not here for that.
From the list and in no order my favorites are
Edgar Wright
Kathryn Bigelow
Danny Boyle
Guillermo del Toro
Quentin Tarantino
Joel and Ethan Coen
Martin Scorsese
Chris Nolan
I actually haven't seen any of Darren Aronofsky's films yet but I have a feeling I'm going to like his work. The rest I just haven't seen enough of their work to judge.
I think absolutely Nolan has to top my list of directors working today. Especially if we're basing it on their modern work (when talking about people like Spielberg, etc.) Though Scorsese can churn out some good stuff still (not to imply Spielberg can't).
Glad JJ Abrams was on there. The new Star Trek is one of my favorite films of the past few years.
my favs from the list:
Paul Thomas Anderson
Christopher Nolan
Quentin Tarantino
Coen Brothers
and Guillermo Del Toro
The reason why I like the Cohen Brothers was because they decided to make a film adaptation to one the best books I ever read in my time. It was an awesome movie and also introduced my to Javier Bardem.
