Sounds like an interesting concept. Though at first I thought it was about a bunch of moms that decide to become astronauts. This could be a movie, but I worry about the team behind it. Let's face it, Polar Express was creepy because of the animation. And honestly it's something that kept me from enjoying the story. If you're going to take animation that far it has to be the best or you end up with those lifeless eyes. Obviously technology is better these days, so let's see some footage to find out!
I like Bearke Breathed from his great Bloom County, Outland, and Opus strips. I know this is based on one of his stories, so fingers crossed.
