Vampires and Werewolves have been done and overdone here recently but honestly this thing sounds kinda interesting to me. Can't wait to see what else comes of it.

I do agree. They have been shoved down our throats but I am quite interested to see how this one will turn out. I have liked Swank when she played in The Next Karate Kid. I am in the same boat. I want to see outcome.

Yeah this is the first Vampire movie I've heard of in a while that I'm interested in. And John Carpenter can do vampires well, so let's hope the combination of a newer story and experience makes this a decent film.

I have a combined love for Carpenter and Hilary Swank. I can't remember if she's ever done a straight horror film, but it will be nice to see her stretch her terror-chops. And as for having Carpenter back in the game, let's see what kind of atrocities he can bring us. Lord knows he needed a break since Ghosts of Mars.

Yeah, let's not talk about Ghosts of Mars... I probably would have taken a break after that too. I really hope this is good, I want to see Carpenter make a strong comeback.

Wes Craven has been really doing well and with him back on Scream 4 he's looking to thoroughly put himself back on top.

The Parenting Review - K-waves and Beyond

The Parenting Review: It starts off as a fun horror-comedy with a great cast, but loses its charm halfway through. The laughs fade, the scares feel predictable, and by the end, it’s just another forgettable haunted house story.
