Yeah this is the first Vampire movie I've heard of in a while that I'm interested in. And John Carpenter can do vampires well, so let's hope the combination of a newer story and experience makes this a decent film.
I have a combined love for Carpenter and Hilary Swank. I can't remember if she's ever done a straight horror film, but it will be nice to see her stretch her terror-chops.
