World Wrestling Entertainment’s flagship show, RAW has accomplished the impressive feat of being on television for thirty years. RAW debuted on the USA Network on January 11th, 1993, providing a much-needed jolt to the WWE product. Following a successful first year of programming, WWE entered 1994 looking to expand on its success in 1993.
The 1994 Royal Rumble was a controversial match as it was the first time in WWE history that two wrestlers were declared the winner. As a result, there would be not one but two World Championship matches at WrestleMania X.
