Syfy's new drama Hunters made our Most Anticipated New Shows of the Midseason list for a few reasons: producers Natalie Chaidez (12 Monkeys) and Gale Ann Hurd (The Walking Dead) were involved, the first trailer was pretty cool, and the idea of extra-terrestrial terrorists coming to Earth is badass, right? I mean, how hard is it to make a show about terrorist aliens? Particularly on a network that also airs Z Nation and various movies about overgrown aquatic reptiles and meteorological events involving sharks, this should be a slam dunk.
