Vin Diesel Confirms One Final Fast and Furious Trilogy

/Film:
Just last week, a report detailing some trouble behind the scenes of Furious 8 revealed that Universal Pictures was having trouble locking down a director, and there was even some chatter about producer and franchise star Vin Diesel being difficult to work with on set in the recent sequels, being heavily involved in the writing process, almost to a frustrating level.

However, Diesel himself has taken to Facebook, seemingly in an attempt to clear up some of the gossip about the production of the next sequel in the franchise, to explain what the hold up is in development. In addition, he’s confirmed that Universal is planning Furious 9 and Furious 10 for one final Fast and Furious trilogy that will begin with Furious 8.

I'm thinking maybe that might finally be too much.

Everything including the first one was to much.

Well, these are fairly good movies. Yeah they are ridiculous BUT you cant stop the money train. Besides Vin is now getting EP credits so he needs that money for his real passion piece - Riddick.

too ridiculous for me. the guy is such a 2 dimensional actor too, not sure why he's so popular. the fact that these movies and others like transformers keep making hundreds of millions of dollars speaks volumes of how dumb the audience is.

Blacktric3133d ago

Being a two dimensional actor isn't even his biggest problem. He has absolutely zero charisma and whichever movie he's in basically turns to a borefest when he's on screen.

Not to mention how he said the only reason he's making Furious 7 was because "Paul would've wanted it" and that it's going to be his last film until the studio dropped a big money bag in front of him and he decided to throw whatever integrity he has left out of the window for another trilogy.

I've enjoyed all but the 2nd and 3rd one. They got a lot better when the cast grew with the Rock.

OJSoFunky3133d ago

The film keep getting more exciting, looking forward to what they'll do next!

annoyedgamer3133d ago

Nothing exciting about the last 2 except that black/white mixed girl who had a georg..wait what was I talking about again?

TXIDarkAvenger3133d ago

There not the greatest movies but I still enjoy seeing them. Looking forward to it.
