Deadline: Amazon Prime is due to air Fear The Walking Dead next year in the UK after its initial run on AMC’s local network. Folks in Germany and Austria won’t have to wait that long to stream it, though. In a multi-territory deal with eOne, AMC Studios’ companion piece will premiere in the two countries exclusively on Prime Video on August 24, the day after U.S. broadcast. The Walking Dead is the No. 1 show on German cable in the 18-49 demo, and Amazon Prime has the first four seasons in its catalog there. The company continues to bulk up internationally, recently signing erstwhile Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson for a new motoring program.
