Not expecting it to happen, especially since his connection in a Sequel trilogy wouldn't make much sense, but I'd be all for it!

episode 7 will try to connect to episodes 4 to 6 and would try even more to distant itself to episodes 1 to 3.

Basically, summary is that it won't happen....BUT we'd love it. I'd love it. Qui-gon was one of THE most underrated, underdeveloped characters of the prequels and while it wouldn't make a lick of sense to shove Luke's spotlight out of the way...Liam deserves the honor of a (hopefully) quality film for his saber.

Even Qui-Gon showing up at the end as a voice in Jedi heaven would be sweet.
