I could see this happening, if only because of the Star Wars license. I mean, Hasbro makes all the Star Wars toys, and Disney is presumably trying to get all things Star Wars under the one roof. I think Hasbro also does the Marvel superhero toys too, so that'd be a double bonus.
As long as Time Warner holds on to DC comics then all is well.
