It's time to assemble S.H.I.E.L.D.'s cast, Avengers fans!
ABC is moving full-steam ahead with their pilot centering on Marvel's peacekeeping organization (which is led in the films, at least, by Samuel L. Jackson and includes Cobie Smulders as an agent). The pilot is being executive produced and co-written by Avengers director Joss Whedon. First up? Casting S.H.I.E.L.D.'s new team members and we've got the inside scoop on the characters fans will be introduced to in the pilot.
So get ready because it's time to meet the new agents entering the Marvel universe!
City Hunter Review: The manga adaptation unravels the tragic beginning of Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura's partnership.
Deliver Me Review: The Swedish series follows two troubled teen and their troublesome lives when one of them is shot dead.
Fight For Paradise Review: This reality show is nothing new but there are so many uncomfortable moments that will definitely give you the ick.
What I'd really like to see are some cameos from the major players in this series. I suspect Cobie will have a fairly significant role in this show since How I Met Your Mother is fast coming to an end.
Issue with team based on the big screen is having to keep the total characters limited. You only have 2 hours to tell the story. Keeping all the old characters and then adding more new characters just create problem of some characters become unused.
1st movie is usually okay but as it continues, more new characters are always added and either some old characters have to die or leave the team.
That's the advantage of TV series because even the least popular character gets to do the episode of the week to shine. Marvel does have individual character only side movies but they can't cover every character in Avengers.
Thanos in Avengers 2. That's all I care about.
