We have some more news to share with you, and this time it is in regards to the reboot of the Batman franchise.
Previously, news came out about the Justice League Movie being written by Will Beall, and we were informed that the upcoming Man of Steel movie would be spearheading a new DC shared universe.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
As much as I'm intrigued at the idea of a JLA movie, I think I'd much rather see one of Frank Millers Batman Graphic Novels come to life on screen.
no thank you.
Would rather Batman stay in Gotham and not deal with intergalactic aliens. Crossovers are cool and all but it takes away from the character in the long run.
Batman reboot should be farther down the line, does anyone really want more batman now? They risk over saturating the character.
Justice League wouldn't be complete without Batman included. I'd definitely watch it for sure.
A new Wonder Woman and Superman in the works plus Green Lantern reboot, Batman's a given so who between Aquaman? or Flash maybe? or both will have their own movie before they get them all together for the Justice League??...
I gotta say, so far no Batman movie was good enough for me. It somehow is different seeing Batsy jump around and work like a detective in the comics, vs seeing a Batman actor on screen, where the costume just doesnt work as exspected to me. Its too bulky and too stiff, while Spidey is really like in the comics. When I remember the cool shapes Batman's cape sometimes had on the covers of the comics, and how acrobatic he was in the comics, there is nothing like that in the movies. In TDKR he looks like a Mortal Kombat warrior, not like the sleek, quick Batman I exspect. Also, the detective side should be way more pronounced, he should have useful goodies and gadgets without becoming a James Bond stand-in. His main weapon is his intelligence and skill of observation.I want Batman to be clever like Hannibal Smith or McGyver.
I'm looking forward to the remake, i'm one of the few who actually did not like the Nolan Batman Trilogy. I just felt he made it too realistic which is not what Batman is supposed to be. It's supposed to be ridiculous and I just feel he took away too much of that element from the franchise.
