The PS4 is almost 5 years old and according to Sony, PS4 sales are on the decline and down compared to last year yet it is still outselling a new console the Switch (a console that is a little over a year old) month after month. That is straight up embarrassing honestly...

I'm sorry but Sony has the next gen pretty much on lockdown. There's nothing MS or even Nintendo can do at this point. Playstation is the most dominant brand in console history.

PlayStation has staying power. Xbox can't make anyone outside their core audience happy, and Switch is a fad at best.

I think you're going to see Switch sales plateau now especially when PS5 and Xb...uh, two, comes out. Hell the head of Sony was saying that PS4 sales will slow down immensely plus when they announce next gen people will save up for that instead of buying a console on the verge of being obsolete.

Nintendo could have really ushered in the "next-gen" and kept themselves relevant, but no... they have to get in a gimmick and be a gen behind in power and services...

Sony deserves all the success it's getting for focusing on what matters to gamers, games competition is good but it's also good to see that a company that invests in their products and assets get's rewarded for putting quality hardware and software on the market.

Note to Microsoft: EXCLUSIVE GAMES SELL CONSOLES.
